Right of Withdrawal
Last updated: June 11, 2026
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (International Wedding Georgia LLC, 37 Nino Ramishvili III Dead End, Tbilisi, Georgia, email: info@internationalweddinggeorgia.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not mandatory. Sending the notification before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Consequences of withdrawal
Since you make no prepayment with us, there is normally nothing to refund. If, exceptionally, you have already made payments, we will refund them without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment.
If you requested that we begin performing services during the withdrawal period (e.g. express bookings), you owe us a reasonable amount for the services already rendered up to the time of withdrawal.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal: the right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, if we began performance only after your express consent and your simultaneous confirmation that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract.
