This website also addresses visitors in the European Union. We therefore process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Overview
Personal data is processed on this website only in the following cases:
- technically necessary server logs when pages are requested (hosting),
- information you submit through the contact form,
- — only after your explicit consent — usage analytics with Microsoft Clarity.
There is no tracking without consent. We do not sell data.
3. Hosting (Vercel)
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When pages are requested, Vercel processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested URL, user agent) to deliver the pages and to ensure secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in secure operation). Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement is in place. Server logs are deleted automatically by Vercel after a short period.
4. Contact form
When you use our inquiry form, we process the data you provide: names of both partners, email address, optionally a phone number, nationalities, the desired timeframe and your message. The purpose is handling your inquiry and taking pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To deliver the inquiry by email we use Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) as a processor. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We store inquiry data for as long as required to handle your request, at most until the matter is concluded plus any statutory retention periods.
5. Microsoft Clarity (consent only)
With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics service of Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland (parent: Microsoft Corporation, USA). Clarity collects pseudonymized usage data (movement and click behavior, heatmaps, session replays) to help us understand how visitors use our pages, and uses cookies or similar technologies for this purpose. Data may be transferred to the USA; Microsoft is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Clarity is loaded only after you accept it in the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. More information: Microsoft Privacy Statement.
6. Local storage (consent record)
We store your banner decision exclusively in your browser (localStorage, key “iwg_consent_v1”) so the banner does not reappear on every visit. This storage is technically required and contains no identifiers.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example at your habitual place of residence.
To exercise your rights, an informal email to info@internationalweddinggeorgia.com is sufficient.
8. Changes
We update this privacy policy whenever the services we use or legal requirements change. The version published here applies.
